In this part of the world we only have ten more hours of this year from hell, so I've been totalling up my short story stats for the year.
In 2020 I submitted stories to magazines and anthologies 41 times.
The results were:
6 acceptances
27 rejections
4 submissions still outstanding, and 4 more where I never got a response.
Not a bad year as far as short story writing goes. The only problem is I've nearly run out of new stories, so I better get to work and write some new ones.
